Pakistan vs West Indies 3rd ODI Highlights 5 October 2016
Watch today’s cricket highlights, Babar Azam’s century video, Azhar Ali’s hundred highlights, Pakistan vs West Indies highlights, PAK vs WI highlights of the 3rd Test played at Abu Dhabi on 5 October 2015, Pakistan is on the verge of another whitewash which will help them to gain atuomatic qualification for 2019 World Cup. For the last two weeks, Caribbeans are still groping in the darkness of disappointment for their first victory.
West Indian batting lacks any spark, despite the fact that they won T20 World Cup almost six months ago. In the last ODI, Darren Bravo and Marlon Samuels scored fifties but this wasn’t enough to match the brilliance of their opposition both in batting and bowling.
Since their 4-1 rout against England last month, Pakistan have raised the bar, winning six consecutive matches: all of them one-sided. Their progress has been built on consistent performances from the top order, apart from captain Azhar Ali. The biggest upshot for Pakistan is their improvement in the ODI rankings as they strive to gain automatic qualification for the 2019 World Cup.
Pakistan made one forced change, with right-arm pacer Sohail Khan, playing in his first ODI since the 2015 World Cup, coming in for Mohammad Amir. The left-arm fast bowler has returned to Lahore due to his mother’s illness. West Indies made two changes: Evin Lewis came in for Johnson Charles at the top of the order, while Shannon Gabriel, who missed the previous game because of a neck injury, replacing Carlos Brathwaite.
